SevenRooms is a powerful reservations and guest-data platform, but it only pays off when it's properly connected to your website, your Google presence and your marketing. We set it up, integrate it and keep it running, so your team can focus on service.

- Website integration. We embed the SevenRooms booking widget and "Book a table" buttons across your site, for example on Squarespace. Every menu, event and offer page should be one click from booking.
- Tracking that works. We connect SevenRooms to Google Tag Manager and GA4 with cross-domain tracking, so bookings are counted in Google Analytics and as Google Ads and Meta conversions. Without this, most venues can't see which marketing brings in covers.
- Google reservations. We check your Google Business Profile booking links and Reserve with Google availability where supported.
- Shifts, experiences & events. We set up experiences for seasonal menus, tasting evenings, Christmas parties and bank-holiday lunches, and link each one to its own landing page.
- Guest emails & newsletters. SevenRooms confirmation, reminder and post-visit emails, plus newsletters through Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Ongoing management. Availability changes, holiday closures, new menus and staff support when something breaks on a Friday night.

In practice: The Woodcote
We set up and manage SevenRooms for venues like The Woodcote, a restaurant and lodge in Graffham, West Sussex. There, SevenRooms reservations are embedded on the Squarespace site, and bookings carry GA4 cross-domain tracking from the website into SevenRooms. The same site runs seasonal event pages for Valentine's, Mother's Day, Easter and Father's Day.
